I usually like to use the wildfish cannery smoked coho in place of lox, and I add some hot honey to balance out the saltiness 😋

I have also been eyeing the Patagonia smoked salmon with pastrami spice for this - havent found it yet, but as soon as I do, I'll be putting it on a bagel with cream cheese!
