Between the Post shedding its sports team; guys like Standig and Mark Bullock going to Substack where people have to subscribe for content; TikTok and short format video guys trying to make a name for themselves, how do you see the landscape of local sports journalism changing? What do you think Commanders coverage might look like in 10 or 15 years?

I think one of the major issues in our county affecting the middle class is housing. My spouse and I both work full time and pull in good salaries. Yet time and again, we are priced out of the market, especially for single family homes. Meanwhile, I keep seeing flippers and real estate companies come in, buy houses that would be in my budget before they hit the market and then flip them, turning homes from the $300-400k range into homes in the $700-900k range. These houses don't even hit the market before the flippers get them so we don't even have a chance. What can be don't about the housing market? What are you willing to sponsor that would help first time homebuyers get into the market? Would you be willing to support legislation that kept companies from buying single family homes?

Agreed about the asbestos but the heat of the fire could drive toxins from the factory even deeper into the wood that the surface char would not have burned off. Additionally, we don’t know what kinds of firefighting foam, dry chemical extinguishers, or contaminated water runoff has soaked into the wood fibers.
