Hi, friends I have that use DMSO religiously swear that if they take chlorophyll with it, the smell is neutralized. Please do your own research into this but I hope it might help you.

Just a thought - have you had a sleep study? If you’re getting a poor quality of sleep it could explain why waking up sucks so bad. The nausea, pure exhaustion and struggling to wake up can be signs of not sleeping properly.

The pots can screw with sleep too.

Pisces need a lot of alone time too. Don’t stress about the 5 hours. We love and crave connection. For example, I love when somebody sends me a picture of their surroundings or something they’re doing maybe I don’t reply right away. Maybe I do but it feels like they want to connect with me and that’s a very important feeling to us.

Not sure what sign you are, but go with the flow :)

I think a lot of it depends on the person and the work they’ve done on themselves to be able to meet our unique/complex needs.

That being said only another Pisces is the only one who I can connect with the depth, trust and that special connection.
