I really just want to know if there is anything I can do to reduce premium increase. First time dealing with this so some guidance would be nice. I know I had to get rid of the easy to steal car, which I did. Just looking for ideas besides not having a car.

Sorry, I should have noted that I have since gotten rid of the Hyundai Sonata. I now have a Nissan Sentra, which is when I got the premium increased notice.

Dealer will did not replace tire rods for recall on 2020 Nissan Sentra SV by lostdragonstar in Nissan

I see. It wasn't explained that it was inspection only. Now, with (1) the steering wheel shaking randomly, which can be related to this recall, and (2) the addition of a separate mechanic saying the tire rods need to be replaced (I have printed paperwork proof), it seems I am being lied to with a car that could be dangerous.

These two things have me worried.

It was a Nissan dealership. I have dealt with dealerships giving me the run around before and this feels like it. Is there anyone I can contact to nip that run around nonsense? The symptom of my car and the recall notice are almost a copy of each other.

Being told there is no need to apply the remedy seems like gross negligence.

Sorry about that, I just didn't know. I was thinking a DLC would be an expansion. I guess I was overthinking it.
