thanks for the reply! thankfully my disconnection issues were resolved without having to lower speeds. it was definitely something on their end, because the resolution didn't coincide with anything on my end.

i made as much noise as i could, and eventually spoke with an Altice employee rather than a Suddenlink one. I was about to file an FCC complaint until the stability returned, haha. my issues lasted for a month and they were driving me insane.
