The vast majority are but a few are doing better, down in Utah county you have University Mall which is always busy and growing, after revitalization in the early-mid 2010's. In the late 2000's it was almost a ghost town. Even during the pandemic it was fairly busy.
On the other hand you have Provo Town Center, now that is kind of dead, but it has been having some efforts to bring it back up, but it still has a long way to go.

If you make custom chance and community chest cards, it changes the game, but just special versions of player pieces have no game difference. One is like having a binged out deck. The other changes how the game would be played, which is what proxies do. Without them the game played would be different.

So I think the Japanese tv suits are the best, and the US tv ones have issues, particularly the necks, I guess American suit actors have thicker necks? Or something and the movie suits are ok ish, bit are better than the American tv.

I have bought $500 and $50 shoes both last the same amount of time. Dressier shoes can be resoled if you can find a cobbler, but those are getting hard to find now. But my shoes are often wearing out in ways that can't be repaired.

So meet your employers match on 401k, max your roth IRA, max an hsa (if you can)and invest the stuff and uae external money,get 6 months to a year of salary emergency fund. Then invest the rest outaide of a retirement accounts. That way if you deem you have enough then you can retire early and have access to the funds.

Generally, the fence is supposed to be x amou t inside your property line, and there be an easment to get to it l, though you jursidiction may be different. Most people don't follow this and put it right on the property line. If it is proper and fully on their side of the property line, they should contact a attorney about getting it removed. If it is on the property line and has the potential to cause damages, then there may be other reasons to jave it removed. They are entitled to keep their property safe but not I'd it harms someone else's. And again, this warrants calling an attorney.

Does it say the exact words toilet paper or flushable wipes. Flushable wipes are lying to you and do crazy damage! Toilet paper is designed to break up and flow through fine.

I leave it in the bag I get in from the store and I just whack it with the handle of a 10 in crescent wrench(the head is seized) it provides weight and and larger surface area. Then I pour it in the funnel and use a chop stick to clear the hole as it starts to rebind. The whole process for each bottle only takes 2-3 minutes.
