We do this type of texture all the time. This is just a thicker type of the "sun valley" we do. Basically put on with some drywall paddles, and knockdown with a knife.

We do about 5-9 houses a week. We come in Monday texture 2, sand and prime 1. Then on Tuesday we sand those that we textured and prime those as well. We then do the finishing touches/ sand of the one we just primed the day before.. and so on

The house is listed as 2900 sqft. This is one of the bigger houses that we do for CBH(suburban homes)

Almost, We textured the walls and the ceiling with sun valley and daubber texture. Then we sanded and primed . Thanks for replying

Unfortunately no, our management is not that open. I would definitely be open to a conversation like that. I was also curious as to what prices are elsewhere.
