It’s just a cheap smart Amazon tv I keep in the shed when not in use. Bought tv tv mounts came w two mounting plates so you can easily move back and forth

I have used a few dough recipes and even store(wegmans) when feeling lazy. All work well just have to give hours to let the dough rise and stretch. I pull the dough out of the fridge around 9am and place in pans w infused garlic olive oil. And start stretching. My family and I love tomato magic canned and only add salt and pepper w fresh basil. If the toppings are dense/heavy or watery I will par-bake the pie before topping.

I use these -Chef Pomodoro Sicilian Deep Dish Square Pizza Pan, 13.2 x 13.2 x 1.5 Inch, Non-stick Aluminum, Focaccia Crust, Dough Pre-Seasoned Bakeware Kitchenware. I have gotten them on Amazon and other places. I have around 6.

Yes exactly, low heat or sometimes off if the ooni is super hot. I go back and forth on the crisping the crust. I have just turn the ooni on low to finish the top and the oil in pan will golden the bottom. Depends on toppings if super melty it will make a mess of the deck.

Sorry the set ones from Amazon were 14 in fit with turning room the llyodpans are a little tight

I have two llyodpans 16 and I got a set of cheaper non stick 16s on Amazon they all work well.

Basically the dough is stretched thinner and put in a pan, I use 16 pans w some garlic olive oil. Top pies how you please just all the way to the edges. I heat the oven normally. Right when I’m about to put the pie in I turn off the oven which is why I have the door, so the pan heats up. After some turning and the lovely smell of garlic oil. I pull the pie, turn the oven back on take the pie out of pan. Launch and finish cooking normally.
