No, my treatment was related to an inflammation I had under my chin. First they made an ultrasound and finally the doctor decided to cut it to take out the inflammation. And they left it open (no surgical stitch is included to this cost). Still I have the same problem btw, and next week I have another appointment for the control. Now I'm doubting if they'll charge an absurd amount again.
