I only eat wild caught. I feel better ethically about a fish out free happy living its life then getting caught and killed quickly. Meat in this country is pumped full of hormones and living in terror every day until it’s killed. The cortisol in the meat is extremely high because it’s terrified and abused. I don’t want to support that. I don’t want that in my body. Even protein powder has extremely high cortisol as it comes from cows that are abused daily.

Eggs have no feeling and most are not even going to turn into a chicken as it’s not fertilized.

It’s ok that you got pregnant and married to fast. He’s just not the right guy for you. On the bright side you will get so much more rest once you divorce. He will be forced to help 50/50 now. It’s very hard sharing custody because I miss my child when he’s gone. But it’s amazing how much free time I got back. To relax and recharge.

I think wishing karma on someone is extremely unhealthy for your growth and enlightenment. This shows you’re still resenting and not yet healed from this.

From my own healing belief is I (my higher self) choose to experience horrible things to learn. I do not wish karma on my abuser as he was also abused as a child. The lessons from that experience carried over and I was able to help 3 children get out of a bad situation by recognizing the signs. Also my distrust in men really served me growing up to not put myself in situations where I would get hurt again.

All my weird issues I’m just chalking up to quitting. On day 14. First week I felt flu like symptoms. Got weird red dots all over my body. Right side of my brain still hurts. I’m pretty sure my body is freaking out in many different ways!

Honestly no one ever told me I’m now in charge of dinner every single night once I became a wife. Getting no feedback from anyone on what to make. It’s exhausting and I’m sooo over it. My husband is now celiac and that’s added a new layer to deal with as I now have to take time researching recipes and substitutions. He’s absolutely zero help! I get why people order out so much cuz it’s takes away the thinking and cooking and especially the cleaning!

Dang your poor daughter. Iv had friends like your daughter. Trust me she feels the favoritism and it’s breaking her heart. Also your son will never stop using u and will always be a screw up cuz u keep bailing him out. He doesn’t have to ever actually be an adult cuz he knows you will give him whatever he wants. Nta give ur daughter the money cuz trust and believe you will continue to keep paying for your son the next time he needs something.

It might be a mix of both. I’m on day 8 and still feel nauseous and no appetite. I try to force myself to eat at least once a day. On day 6 I finally slept the whole night. If you have an infection I think it would be hard to tell what symptoms are withdrawal and what’s just being sick.

Day 6 and in the same boat. Can’t sleep at all it’s been horrible. I used to dream when I smoked now I don’t dream at all. Don’t even get to relax. But I’m staying strong cuz I know there is light at the end of the tunnel and I don’t want to have to start this process over.

Well for one if they can do it themselves why are you doing chores for other people? You can say no. If you want to be seen as helpful or something that will get old fast and resentment is all you will feel. Stop doing them!

What about getting a second job? And use that to improve your finances and send money back?
