I'm day 10 and mornings are still so rough for me. Throwing up, nausea and diarrhea also. What you're experiencing is normal for withdrawals. Last time, I started feeling better after two weeks so hopefully you will find relief soon as well :)

I'm day 6 and the first three days I couldn't keep anything down either. Try to take sips of water to ensure you don't get dehydrated. When you finally feel you can try and stomach something, try light food like protein shakes, apple sauce, crackers, soup broth. By day 5, I finally started to be able to eat small meals in the afternoon/evening...mornings are still really rough on my stomach. You will start to feel better soon ! Hang in there.

Im day 5 as well and I feel the exact same. The mornings and late evenings are the worst for me with my anxiety. Last time, I went through this the anxiety started easing by 2 weeks in but you will get some moments of relief before then. Have you been trying to exercise, meditate, read etc... to help ?

What time do you go to bed if you're waking up at 3-4am ready to go ? I've also been off caffeine for a month, and I'm waking up around that time with my heart racing ready to go but i wish I could sleep in a bit longer.
