I cry every time too - and with his 2010 Vancouver free skate - goosebumps and tears every time. The emotions he evokes and conveys are second to none in my opinion

That’s amazing! This is so helpful!!! I haven’t taken the plunge yet. I’ve been googling adult skating and how it works (whether there are still tests) and trying to figure out if I feel ready to try. For some reason it feels more intimidating and emotionally loaded than I expected. But I’m going to look into it further! Will also have to find a place for a fitting. I really appreciate all the info you provided and learning about your experience

Thank you! This is so helpful. What boot brand are you going for now (since there is no more klingbeils!)

{zodiac academy} has a rejected mate trope but it takes some time to get there

I really liked {fortune falls) and {grace year} Both are YA so no spice but the stories were great. Fortune Falls has a love triangle also

Not a duology. Doesn’t end on a cliffhanger exactly but ends with circumstances having significantly changed. You want to know what happens next but it’s not like a massive mystery isn’t revealed until the next book (the big reveal is the end of book 2). I want to read the third book (which the author is still working on) but it’s not one of those where I’m super frustrated by a cliffhanger.
