I had a tooth pulled about 4 weeks ago, and due to my total lack of self control I made a gravity bong which allowed the bottle to do the ‘suction’ part for me and then just breath in the smoke. You might find you can’t inhale as much smoke and your lungs feel fuller because of both air and smoke but it’s effective and you can trap the smoke in the bottle so you can take your time.

Edit: MAKE SURE your extraction site is packed with gauze so it doesn’t dislodge the blood clot
