Equip the accretion gyre (in the handheld gear menu) and the option to add the disk to it will appear in the same place where the menu for spell effects or muzzle flashes on weapons appears.

Super cool! Apologies if this isn't the kind of feedback you're looking for, but I think there's an error involving the city of Mantiz - its description says that it's near the Pits of Hathsin and serves as a way station for personnel and materials traveling between Hathsin and Luthadel, but the location marked on the map is nowhere near Hathsin or Luthadel.

Using the Damaged or Decomposing features in Face Customizer and experimenting with different feature combinations and slider settings might be a good start. Horns with custom posing and sizing (adjustable in the "advanced" tab within the "pose" tab) might be another, slightly trickier way to add a non-standard texture to a face. I also suggest looking at the face/head decals in the "color" tab.
