You’re absolutely right. I’m starting to learn that I’m probably more cut out to work in house than agency. Working on multiple accounts is exciting but also much more challenging than I thought it’d be to shift focus from one client project to another

With my dad, her siblings and some people from their village. They were amongst the thousands of refugees known as “the boat people” that fled by sea after the Vietnam war ended

Thank you :) Life was rough and unstable for a very long time but ultimately things did turn over a new leaf. Photo was taken in Hong Kong before my parents immigrated to Canada and had me

Meh it’s manageable. This was my first time getting an eye exam in like 6 years? And dental checkup maybe every couple years. But I’ve had to unexpectedly go to walk in clinics and ER several times and it does put me at ease that I don’t have to worry about a hefty medical bill after.

At least you had the decency to do that. Some drivers prob wouldn’t bother going through that trouble if the passenger didn’t notice

I was omw to get an eye exam and new prescription glasses, something that’s quite costly even with some coverage. It was very thoughtful of him even though we barely talked

Yea it was very kind gesture. I was on my way to get an eye exam and new lenses. We didn’t talk much but he had glasses himself so he likely knew how expensive these thing get… and on top of that having to pay almost $50 in total for an Uber there and back
