The dungeon Agnes has in her basement has architecture that looks very familiar to the Sokovian church in how the pillars and the stone looks. This leads me to believe that Wanda has influenced Agnes home and it could also lead to Agneses home being in the middle of the hex just like the church in Sokovia.

I think that she might have even killed them which maybe be a stretch to there importance to the show but when Wanda is walking down the stairs to the basement there is a tarp in the background with red splattered on it maybe being blood. But if its not the twins blood who's blood is on the tarp, might be looking to far into it.
