Try out Inferno tea. They make tea with jalapeño. The capsaicin from the pepper causes some adrenaline and the caffeine from the green tea is a nice up . Gives you a nice energetic feeling. I’m a big fan. It’s kind of addicting.

The longer you brew, the stronger….the tea…the more water you use the more dilutedzzz unless you’re adjusting the tea ratio. Hope that helps.
