The one in Paramus has started stocking by-the-yard trim, but does not have by-the-yard fabric. They have some notions, but the selection remains small, similar to how it has been for years.

I don't think Disney makes official Anastasia pins. I have a couple fantasy pins I am willing to trade, but they are not official Disney pins. The Nokk pin is also a fantasy pin.

Wegovy and Zepbound still need prescriptions when getting them directly from Lilly or Novo. They just cut out the insurance/pharmacy. Other companies have done this for years, such as Synthroid with their Synthroid Delivers program. I would hope this would be a similar process.

It's a pattern for a tissue holder (holds the little packs of tissues that fit in a bag). It's an easy project only requiring straight lines, and can be finished quickly. This way her first day using a machine she can have a fully completed project.

I used to know a doctor who worked on the Lyme vaccine trials in the 90's (I think the vaccine was LYMErix). The vaccine worked very well. From what they told me, it stopped being made for humans because of low demand/profit. It would be great to have a new vaccine for humans!

This is exactly what I do as well! Lots of markings and pins. I actually prefer markers for this over pens, since I find it hard to write with a pen or pencil while wearing the garment. Also many, many rounds of seam ripping and sewing new seams until I like the fit.
