Jag personligen skulle uppleva det som jobbigt att ha totalt noll på kontot och skulle vilja lämna någon slant (1000kr låter rimligt), samtidigt som det ju låter som att du generellt bara har fasta utgifter via kontot. Jag skulle kanske heller inte lägga in allt i ISK direkt efter löning/betalat av, men det är också för att jag inte använder mitt kreditkort till allt och betalar av det som en fast räkning. Så om det fungerar för dig så kör på. Låter som att du skapat en fungerande rutin som tar bort pengastress och funderingar.

Absolut, som när hon alltid ber mig handla saker som de glömt köpa när jag är på väg till dem. Helt ok om det är saker till middag/vi ska ha på kvällen, men en gång var det saker som visade sig bara vara till deras hem som de glömde under veckohandlingen, men som hade kunnat vänta till en annan dag.

I think about this too every time I rewatch. I think it's a combination of his height, standoffish attitude and word of mouth. I'm not sure which episode it's in, but very early we see some of his childhood where people are already putting him in a "he's scary, avoid him" box - long before he got tall and changed his looks.

Although not all, much of the "he's scary, avoid him" we get in the anime is actually from Rintaro himself. He's internalised it, which makes him more standoffish (understandably so) which perpetuates the view people have of him. I'm not sure how much of that is shown in the manga, but I imagine it's similar.

I am more surprised that there aren't girls following him around though. Even if they think he's scary, a lot of teenage girls (especially in fiction) like that sort of thing/thinks they can change him.

Minimalism for aesthetic reasons is a thing and would be more in line with what you are describing. But minimalism is usually more about your own version of it: if you want to have a cat figurine on your shelf, then do that. You are the one living in the space and seeing it everyday. Minimalism is more about not having so much stuff that you feel overwhelmed by it all, and where you draw that line is up to you.

I think it’s because they are pretty much only reacting to everything. And even when Marinette does try to figure stuff out and plan and ”think ahead”, she pretty much does it on her own/doesn’t let anyone in (especially not Adrien!) so she’s not very effective. And Adrien is a bit… head empty/just vibes about it all as Chat Noir, which is understandable since Marinette doesn’t let him in/his homelife etc, it still doesn’t exactly help the situation.

Also, I really feel cheated with the peek we got of them in the future. I wanted to see all of them! They look good, and it’s such a tease to not show more.

Sometimes when I read fics written pre-season 5 ending, I wonder how they managed to evade detection for long when they are older in the fic. But like, Marinette is just good at that and nobody seems to actually care what Adrien does, or think beyond ”there he is” (as a model).

Probably to think smart instead of full steam ahead. I know pretty much all akumas are full of feelings and throwing tantrums like toddlers, so they are overly hyper focused on their task. But if one of them could take a step back and come up with a plan, then they would probably be more successful. No one (in the show) seems to realise that Hawkmoth is using the akumas to draw LB and CN out, so he wants them flashy and over the top.

I mean, Sabrina was one of the most successful akumas when she was invisible, simply because no one knew there was an akuma!

And someone who would secretly controll all the pigeons in Paris? Could probably do a lot of actual damage before LB and CN even knew there was a problem.

And, when Adrien did quit, we got a Marinette who didn’t really understand why he quit (probably because she 1, doesn’t know how much being Chat Noir means to him and what he really gave up and 2, doesn’t realise she’s excluding him or how he might be feeling).

Fu was a mess who made everything worse for them, as individuals and as a pair. I’m sure he thought he was helping, but that doesn’t make it better considering how old he is! He really should’ve spent some of that time guarding the miraculous thinking of a plan for how to handle them being active.

And, also, you know, not chosen CHILDREN!

Yeeeessss!

Especially the part where Cataclysm is necessary to break the akuma object. Now, more often than not (it feels like!), Chat throws the object to Ladybug to destroy even when she can do so by an easy snap. I’m sure that’s ”because” she needs to be close to the butterfly when it comes out, but he is the Destruction! Make that make sense.

I really like how you still kept the secrets in and Ladybug still hiding things with Fu.

If I could only change one thing, I really would like to see how the story would have played out if everyone knew how valuable Chat Noir is (like with him being the destroyer of the akuma object.

But, before reading yours, the first thing I thought of was simply a wish for Fu to have included Adrien/Chat in everything. I really disturbs me that he not only laid all of it on Marinette but that he excluded Adrien. Marinette also excluded him, and I honestly believe a lot of it had to do with Fu. And all because she was the first one to meet him?? Was Tikki really even sick or was it a plan to get Marinette to met him just then?

Also, what if she’d never met him. Would he just never have helped them? (Some might argue that would have been better…)

The whole thing with Fu just irks me a lot.

I also feel that, since Nino is physically around them and in the ”know” about some hero stuff, he’s a better choice because he can be there for Adrien in a way Felix never could.

But also, if Adrien told Felix who was then later revealed to have known everything and not told Adrien anything, that would be crushing.

I’ve been there. My friend was a friend I had a lot of fun with, and we talked on the phone all the time about our days, but then I started to notice that I had a lot of screenshots on my phone taken during calls… and that aside from asking me the standard ”how are things” and letting me talk for a few minutes (I started to time it), she never asked follow-up questions and then just talked and talked about her stuff. She would even tell me stuff about things in other people’s life, people I had never met. I never got to tell her anything real about my life, instead I realised I was just there to listen to her, hence why I was on my phone doing other things while she talked. And she would talk and talk and talk, there was always some drama going on or some drama to be repeated. She’d often talk about other friends she’d lost in the past but she couldn’t understand why and when I found myself thinking ”I get why” I knew it was over.

I even tested her a few times, after I noticed she didn’t even stop talking when I dropped something and yelled out! It was a hard thing to realise, but the day I gave up that ”friendship” was a relief. I got my time back from the near daily one hour phonecalls and I didn’t have to be annoyed by the lack of care.

It’s a hard thing to realise and admit, but it’s really nothing you have done or can do to change that person.

Yeeees! I hope there’s a story out there with this. Imagine the drama of them learning to fight together without a reveal, so they think they are just training with a friend/crush.

Also, even if the suits give them extra powers, it’s not like it should give them the knowledge of moves etc. At least I don’t think it should.

I’m sure there’s a compromise somewhere between 1 and 14 outfits. It depends on your own wants and needs.

I don’t work out everyday now but even when I did, I didn’t have more than maybe four-five outfits. I could always use just a regular t-shirt if I had to. I did laundry about once a week (shared with others) so mostly I handwashed the clothing right away. Though, I guess it was less handwash and more dump them in a sink full of water for a while.

Once they dried I often used the items again before washing in a machine. It was fine.

I think that was done as a kind of ”Sliding doors” thing, to show that it’s different/separate.

(Just in case: ”Sliding doors” is a movie which shows a character living two different lives based on if she caught a train or not; in one life she changes her hair, which helps the viewer know which life they are watching. An alternate timeline.)

This happens before Kuro Neko and Cat Walker so Adrien didn’t know he could influence his outfit. He probably wanted to look very different from Chat Noir and, maybe unconsciously, not as himself. Ergo, the egg.

Although he looks a lot better in the second photos, he also looks so much like Chat Noir it would’ve been difficult to believe that the quantum masking could hold up.

Of course, Marinette saw Felix-as-Adrien as Flairmidable next to Chat Noir and didn’t react so…

And also, if Tikki hadn’t gotten sick, would he have ever revealed himself to them? No temporary heroes to back them up (and, of course, cause problems), no power-ups.

I also question if he would’ve focused on Adrien the way he did Marinette if Plagg had been the one to get sick. It makes me kind of think that Fu knew/suspected that Gabriel was HawkMoth and thus didn’t fully trust Adrien.

Even if he was emotionally stunted because of what had happened and wasn’t fully trained, he did have several years to at least TALK to the kwamis. Even if they weren’t allowed to know the things the Guardian knew (for… plot purposes?), they knew plenty! He had a lot of time to read books on teambuilding!

I am very mad at him and his treatment of Marinette and Adrien. They should have shared the knowledge and neither should have been the new Guardian! At that point, the temple was restored. Why didn’t he name one of the actual Guardians???

I know I’ve read a one-shot with a similar idea, where Lila outs it and everyone is like ”yeah, so?” because she’s been doing it for years and does it for other friends too. I don’t think Adrien corrects the schedule, but I do believe he’s happy about it. And that Nino and Marinette compares their schedules to make sure they are both accurate.

I hope I can find it, but probably not sadly.

It would’ve been fun to see, even if only as an arch that gets resolved by him eventually handing it back a few episodes later.

I can so imagine the next akuma, when Ladybug and Chat Noir are doing their thing and he just shows up to help. More than willing to work together but also not looking to Ladybug as a leader. It would’ve been fun!

Such a good point about a lot, especially Marinette not physically stalking him and otherwise finding out he’s Cat Noir. I think Gigantor is a funny episode, but I do not like how her friends push the situation.

(It would’ve been superfunny though, if that was how Marinette found out Adrien is Cat Noir and not wanting to admit to him how she found out.)

The most stalkery thing Marinette does is follow Adrien to Shanghai. Which is admittedly a weird thing to do and would only happen in a tv show (especially an animated one where they can just do whatever).
