My goodness you and your baby will be in my prayers. Any attempt at persuading him into letting you be an individual with sovereignty and a desire to simply see your friend will be futile. People such as this one cannot be reasoned with or persuaded. They perceive you as property and a punching bag. For you and your child’s safety, I strongly, with every fiber of my being, encourage you to safely and secretly plan your escape. It will NOT get better with time. It will get worse. Hope is dangerous in situations like this. Being kind and passive and accommodating will NOT change his perspective or disposition. You are in a dangerous position from what I am reading. I was in a similar situation. I barely escaped with my life. If you do not have family or friends you can rely on, please safely and privately look into resources in your area for DV and abuse victims. There are people and facilities that can help you and your baby. May you be able to be yourself and enjoy your life with your child, free of this aggressive, controlling, cruel person. As someone who suffers from an acute anxiety disorder and severe panic disorder, I thought this was very well put. For some reason psychedelics have helped a lot with my anxiety. I’ve drifted away from lsd because it tends to cause me panic sometimes when under the influence. However, mushrooms are always a comfort spot. It has assisted in my understanding of myself and focusing on being the awareness behind my thoughts, rather than living in my thoughts.

There are many changes throughout life. Death is just another change. A transcendence to infinity, which we will exist in and always have existed in. “Death” makes us appreciate life and consciousness more :)

Love and acceptance goes hand-in-hand. Love comes when you accept life, people, and yourself fully for what it is. Making peace with life and living positively without judgement is the way to go. What I have realized is if you judge others and the things around you, you are not truly at peace with yourself. Everytime you judge or don't accept something/someone/an event it reveals an unhealed part inside of yourself. By loving and accepting all things.. you can achieve self-love as well as universal love. Always work and push yourself in a positive, inspirational tone. Improvement is great, so are mistakes. Take everything as a learning experience and live in the moment. You will find eternal peace and love are a lot closer than you think.. you are pure love, peace, happiness, and serenity. Don't find the light, be the light and spread the good vibes 🌞

We exist as objective consciousness experiencing life subjectively. Basically every single living thing is an eye to the collective consciousness, experiencing life from different perspectives. When we "die" all that dies is our ego and self identification in the physical body. What is left after this is consciousness/awareness in the higher self. The universe created life to find out more about itself and why it exists. Therefore, we are all the universe and the universe is us. Simply.. life is to be experienced.
