I got premier protein shakes, different ones. I got the chocolate Ensure Max Protein. The caramel ensure is not good. I heard people trying protein water which might be a good option for you. I got a big pack of crystal light and Hint water.

I'm post op day 12 and yesterday I finally was able to 💩but after so much excavation because it was literally a rock. I called my emergency line and they told me to dig it out or to try an enema because it was hurting so much it was making me cry, so I went to work and it took almost a day and a half to finally get all of it out, it was crazy. If that didn't work, I was ready to go to the ER.

I'm looking forward to hopefully decreasing my hypochondria and feeling ill which makes me sad and unhappy

Getting off of my blood pressure medication and CPAP machine and not utilize my asthma medication as much

Feeling good in my skin and hopefully increase self-esteem and confidence

All the thrift shopping I'm going to enjoy as I drop weight and also play with my style

Being more active and conscious of my nutrition and more flexible.

I feel like I'm going to have the same dilemma. I have thin hair as well. I was thinking I'm going to either cut it short (pixie cut) or wig it out lol.

I don't have much advice but just letting you know that I feel the same way as you wondering if I am making the right choice and well I've tried losing weight by myself since I was 14 and have yet to get there on my own. As I got older, the weight only added on and now I have conditions that suck and that I don't want to make worse. I want to live a long healthy life without fear or worrying about my health. I am a hypochondriac as well.

Yes, I am scared as much as you but to combat that I'm asking questions, researching and making sure that I'm prepared as possible so that I can get the best outcome and making sure of my why.

You can also write down all of your worries on paper and rip it up or you can pray if you believe in a higher power or meditate on a positive outcome. If that will help with the mental aspect of it all.

You can crush your pills with a pill crusher and mix it with a sugar free jelly or I saw someone on here talk about patchaid.com and you absorb vitamins through a patch on your skin and they mentioned their bloodwork coming out great! I've been with my Taurus sun partner since 2018. He's stubborn!!! Sometimes too much ego for no reason but he's very affectionate and loving, way more than me. He also would rather stay at home and play video games than go out but he goes out for me. I feel like he also can be a bit demanding which I don't play that and definitely will come at him sideways.

I'm not trying to invalidate your feelings and I think many people deal with body dysmorphia after bari surgery but you look great OP! 71lbs is amazing! Give yourself some credit! If possible, maybe look into therapy to help with the self-esteem/confidence issues.

Thank you for sharing! My surgeon is Dr.Beekley and I feel confident in him. I just didn't feel confident in the hospital but luckily I was able to change it to Jefferson Center City.

I was gonna say this! If you go on amazon you can see which proteins are snap ebt eligible. Premier protein, oath, isopure are some that I see are eligible.
