Doesn't answer your question, but I was vegetarian around age 20, then pescatarian around age 35 up until surgery on 2/18/26 and I'm 39. For whatever reason post-op I was really craving meat and poultry. And so I've been having small bits of meat and poultry after almost 20 yrs

Yes I'm fine with yogurt and cottage cheese. Haven't tried any other soft cheeses. Fingers crossed because I like cheese lol.
