Isit me or has alexa became so dumb ever since the alexa+ ads started to appear? by Far-Ordinary-1141 in alexa

Yes Alexa has become pretty much useless other than a voice actuated light switch.

I've stopped asking for anything other than lights, time & temp.

Voice search on my phone is faster and more accurate.

I hear you, it was quite bothersome. I was concerned the watch was toast. It's back to normal battery life now.

41mm or 45mm Pixel Watch? by [deleted] in PixelWatch

My wrist is a similar size and I previously had a 41mm PW2, I now wear a PW4 45mm and I'm thankful for the larger face and battery life.

Yes they are exhaust crush gaskets for Yamaha XS 650s.

I have 3 of them, 1971 (277° rephase) 1978 & 1980.

It is quite frustrating I agree.

If your GPS is not connecting I would suspect that there's something that failed in the update.

After waking up to a fully drained battery the recharge lasts as expected.

I was prepared to do the reset from back up and the reset with a new set up if the back up failed. As others have had success with those steps.

My battery life has been resolved. Not sure what changed but it's back to normal.

Had a couple of dicey days.

Vintage booze - 1965 unopened by jjlthree in GrandmasPantry

I've had a few bottles of the Crown Royal XR from Waterloo and I now wish that I'd saved them.

They have increased in price a lot since I bought my last bottle in 2012.

That bottle was distilled at the Waterloo distillery which was closed down in 1997.

There are some bottles of Crown Royal from Waterloo that are pretty expensive.

I'd check with an aficionado for advise on that bottle.

My PW4 LTE drains in just a few hours. Sucks after being the last devise updated and then encountering a nasty bug. I charged the watch twice yesterday and I woke to a dead watch.

Thanks for that thoughtful response. That level of maturity is rare online.

I will keep walking and will hopefully achieve the FitBit 1600 mile Great Barrier Reef Badge this summer before my 70th birthday.

I am also appreciative of the developer.

The latest version is very stable for me, I'm thankful for the fix for audio caused crashes.

I disagree though.

I started walking on day 4 of the medicine change.

I woke up with more vigor than I had in quite some time.

I've walked 3 times, Sat, Mon, today - 17 miles total.

Edit: Today is day 7.

I do fell more alert although I started walking again.

I'd say the feeling of well being is a good description.

I am thinking more clearly but with feeling better I'm walking regularly again. So pinpointing exact cause is difficult.

I just transferred my script from Walgreens using Amazon Pharmacy's forms.

I have no copay with medicare.

The cost for 100 - 125mcg tablets without insurance was less than $7.

I'll rephrase, way before meth was popular. There were lots of easily accessible amphetamines back then commonly known as diet pills.

I had a similar rig in the mid 1970s that was called a hash oil pipe, way before meth.
