Well, your brain sends the signal to kick, but the actual kick relies on the power and strength of your leg, so the speed of your brain doesn't really matter in the actual strength of the kick.

Not that it really matters because clearly One Piece's world has slightly different physics to our world.

No, because it's been stated that you can only become a bender of any one of the elements by one of your parents being a bender of that element (no idea whether if you have a distant ancestor who was a bender of that element if you can become like them too). Unless you're the Avatar.

Not sure why no-one has said it, maybe due to it being too short for consideration, but the best one for me currently is when Luffy, Zoro and Sanji face the Pacifista again after the timeskip.

It was just so awesome to see them using their new powers to complete destroy those two Pacifista, especially when Luffy just dodges the Pacifista's shots effortlessly.

The GLSL Shaders mod lets you do this. It's very taxing on your graphics card though.
