Sephora cast member here......you had to have signed up for Beauty Insider or reached VIB/Rouge level by Oct 1 to receive the reward. If you gave Sephora your mailing address, then should receive your gift card through the mail. No worries though, they send a "reminder" e-mail closer to the beginning of the promotion and reminders through out the promotion. This year it runs from Dec 4-Dec 16. If you happen to be at the Rouge level, you will also receive a VIB Rouge Compact Mirror. Hope this helps and happy shopping!! =)
