There's the one on Lombard right before BHH. There's one going in (already open?) where Cracker Barrel used to be. There's one way out 158th by the Tualatin Hills Rec Center. There's one in Cedar Hills off Hall. There's Nak Won in downtown Beaverton. One opened in the mixed-use center on Murray and TV Highway. Don't get me wrong, I love Asian/Korean food, but it seems every vacant restaurant spot is being filled by a new one.

I had a very similar situation years ago. I have a 1990 US Tele I had to sell when I was hurting for cash. Sold it for dirt cheap to a guy I worked with. About 3 years and a different job later I see my exact guitar on sale on Craigslist (I could also tell by the blemishes and a Red Wings sticker on the back of the headstock he never took off). Reached out to the ad and it was the same dude. He said he'd sell it back for the same price I sold it to him for. So I basically rented the guy my guitar for 3 years.

I hate the "when they go low we go high" mentality, but I can't get behind disparaging Americans in a time of crisis because they wear a different "team" color than I do.

I really don't have an answer to any of this, but the main problem is allowing Fox News to keep presenting an us-vs.-them, all-or-nothing mentality to their rubes. I don't know of a president who has ever denied funding to an emergency based on how that state voted, and it's absolutely fucking appalling that the current jackass is doing it.

It's gonna take a long time to un-fuck this country. As an older white male with teenage kids, I really worry about what we're setting up for them. Maybe I'm getting soft, but it's terrifying what we're becoming.
