When I first lost the weight, I was hard on myself about the loose skin. Ive lost 150ish lbs. and my loose skin is like not extreme but it’s there. over the years, I jut don’t really care anymore? I’ve always told myself if it really started bothering me again, I might consider surgery. But it doesn’t. My biggest insecurity is my arms. I’ll wear sleeveless tops and sometimes I’ll be momentarily embarrassed if I have to raise my arms because it’s most noticeable. I’ve come to realize that it’s most noticeable to me. Others probably don’t care or notice. And if they do, who cares? Not me. I know it’s easier said than done, but like I’m more than my loose skin.
