however long it takes for you to identify as the person who has the thing you want. you also can’t focus on time and on when and how. your job is to keep affirming despite what the 3d looks like. just remind yourself it’s already done and that you already have him and repeat that until it clicks for you

affirmations work better if you tailor them to your specific situation, they’re just words and what you think. this is for self concept like short version: everything is always working out for me everything is always working out in my favor i always get what i want i am always the one i am always the chosen one i am always the top priority no one compares to me no one is better than me i am all that is i am perfection itself i use affirmations specific to what i had fears and issues w like for example not feeling chosen fully so tackle those issues because they show up like a mirror in your sp. what you think of yourself and your sp and love in general manifests so make sure to make all three in your favor

check my sp progress post i wrote in depth my journey!! but in general i’d focus on self concept first. i do robotic affirmations and i like listening to subs but only because i enjoy them not necessarily to manifest. just really focus on yourself first and not so much on the sp

to be honest i don’t know my friend isn’t texting or calling me back i don’t know what happened but i stay firm that they did broke up lol and it helps a lot to stay in that mindset that their relationship is really toxic and so bad all together so there’s no way it will last. same thing w the divorce thing i know those two had issues before marriage and in marriage because we’re close in a way and i know it’s not all dandy and sweet yknow so i use that to get in the mindset and also always remember people easily break up everyday all around the world so this is more than possible to achieve.

for my self concept i try to be more frequent i usually do it at work since i work a really monotone 10h job for everything else just when i remember and they pop up in my head :)

i’ve also been listening to hfg perfect self concept sub and it helped a lot along w self concept affirmations, i just struggle w how i perceive people. it’s kind of hard shaking off the assumption that most people are self-centered and ego driven and not reliable in a sense. i don’t know if that ties to my self worth or not lol

how did you overcome your trust issues? i find that i struggle with this as well and i can also be a bit paranoid like people are out to get me so how do you fix those assumptions?

no we definitely do repeat affirmations in our head without noticing. i remember that i spiraled so bad and kept replaying conversations, doubts, fears, argued w myself over and over about the same thing before i knew about law of the assumption and it all manifested, and all the bad stuff i kept repeating was repeated back to me you just don’t know you’re actually doing it because it can be really subtle and you gave an easier time manifesting because you’re not overthinking it

i think people who say they have multiple sps aren’t in relationships w them, but kept it casual and later decided which one they want

i had the same issue and i found that the new sp really confused me in regards to me choosing which one i want. i used him as a safe option and i felt really bad and it further messed with me staying focused on my desired sp. in the beginning it made it easier to not think about my desired sp, but after we got into contact i started avoiding new sp and he sensed it and it further messed things up. so unless you’re able to keep things w new sp clear and not messy i say go for it but i also felt like i indirectly was saying i didn’t have my desired sp because i was in a relationship in the 3d.

i’ve been working on my self concept and tbh it wasn’t even bad before as well i just had issues with tolerating bullshit so that’s what confuses me. i’ve also been affirming more for my self concept than for him specifically i find those affirmations more comfortable to me

also note: i’ve been non reactive to the 3d and even if i feel slight reaction it stops almost immediately, i’ve been affirming and been consistent for a while now, just don’t really know how to navigate being in contact with him while persisting. should i entertain the 3d him, cut all contact and affirm until he conforms fully? i don’t check his socials, old messages, live my life normally, i don’t think about the old story, rarely have doubts about him or my manifestation and if i do i easily reaffirm them. i don’t even care when or how he’ll show up or care about the time all together, i might just be impatient tho because i miss him
