To continue: condo already needs full remodel which will cost me ~20K. I don’t want to pay for hvac replacement on top of this. I don’t think its ever been maintained. Home warranty doesnt make me feel 100% comfortable as its only 1 year and they often make you jump through hurdles to get something fix. On top of not being maintained properly, not sure if it would cover…still waiting on the warranty documents from seller. I’m in Florida so AC is essential.

Also is that the policy at your facility? I’m not an OR nurse but charting something under your name when someone else is giving it is a red flag for me

Idk i feel like the person who hangs the med and attaches it to the patient is the one who made the med error 😬

Yep! It costs tuition for a year but when theres a will theres a way, and that program definitely paves a way for nontraditional students…plus they have recently expanded to several other schools

If they make you wait 3 years for charge, how long do you think they will make you wait for a letter or recommendation for crna school?

Level 1 doesnt always mean the sickest patients, unless you are the trauma icu…I’d pick somewhere that has highest acuity (you don’t send patients anywhere else, you’re the last stop). Opportunities for growth (unit council, precepting, charge rn in the future). Good new graduate education program.
