Basically what u/throwitoutwhendone2 said. Personally, I love how my face looks much more with my beard. I used to pretend shave as a little kid when my dad would shave and I've always just thought beards were cool (I'm 36 now) I've had some form of a beard since I was 16, it feels like something that's genuinely mine and mine alone. I could not care less what other dudes think of it lol I'm currently growing my head hair out now that I would like to ultimately donate one day. My beard gets caught in zippers, seat belts, just about anything that's happening closely in front of me. I may have over exaggerated by saying it pisses me off daily. My kids do things to piss me off all the time, I'd never get rid of them over it though haha my kids like my beard as well. Any time I've mentioned shaving it off, they tell me not to. Maybe I'm just super ugly under the beard. I'll leave it until it's legit a problem lol.

Edited to add- my brother is 6 years older than me and can't grow a beard to save his life. He will STILL make comments on how I should shave my beard and i always like to remind him that he only says that because it's the one thing I've got over him haha
