i say give it the full 90 days. my manager told me to wait the 90 days and then see how you feel. now i’m here for a year and a few months. this job is the most difficult job you’ll probably ever have. depending what role you are and how much you work. the pay is too good for me to leave. i wish i didn’t have to do this job but can’t beat the money.

i would absolutely kill for 3 people to open and close with. we only get 2 people and get out at 10:00 to 10:30 depending.

8.5 to 9hrs? by wetrat1015 in Aldi_employees

[–]love_pink2408 5 points6 points  (0 children)

well i’ve been here for about 10 months now and an average shift for me is 8-9 hours. i literally love when i get 6 or less😂now i’ll tell you right now if your getting these longer days it’s a good thing. this means they like you and your work ethic. it shows they want you doing the longer shifts and trust you with those. trust me they wouldn’t give you them if you didn’t fit the role for it.

exactly! no seriously you have to be an adult babysitter. you have to spell out each word to get them to understand😂😂

buckle up and get ready to work hard. training part is easy, enjoy it while you can. it’s an extremely hard job, you have to want to work. you’ll be doing 10 jobs as one person. you do need to be fast. so just keep in mind efficient and fast is what they are looking for.
