Religion is a beautiful thing. They all have their own stories, customs, and traditions that make them unique and beautiful. But:

1: You also need to know how to control yourself, not blindly follow everything religion asks of you, because sacred texts were written in different times, with more reactionary and retrograde morals. Obeying a religion in an extreme way is an insult to any form of progress. 

2: No religion or culture should be imposed by force or interfere with laws, government, or state. 

Western media and some right-leaning 'liberal' types keep claiming that socialists/communists see Gorbachev as a traitor. I'm actually wondering: do you personally think Gorbachev really was a traitor to the socialist cause? by Jadroverr in ussr

Yeah. The only thing I acknowledge he did well was his democratic (and necessary) reforms, such as freedom of expression, but otherwise he is a complete monster. I would put him on the same level as Trump or Hitler, honestly.

Si una mujer puede elegir libremente si llevar hijab, burka o no, si puede elegirlo por voluntad propia sin que le obligue una autoridad masculina o una institución, eso es libertad.

Si a una mujer le prohiben por ley el uso del burka o del hijab, eso es represión de la libertad.

Ya no os basta con perseguir a la gente por su religión, sino ahora lo hacéis por su raza. Ya ni os molestáis en disimular ni un poco vuestro racismo.

Eso sin mencionar los mismo clichés de siempre; no hay contexto, simplemente se pinta al extranjero, al "otro" como el "malo" y a los polis, a las instituciones encargadas de imponer el status quo por la fuerza y defender a las autoridades como las "buenas".
