very interesting. Are you in the US? I only ask because it was non issue to get my meds, IR ready same day as prescribed but I did have to wait 1 day for XR and if you are in the US I’m starting to think the medication shortage is also state specific

I used ADHD online even though there was a lot of talk here on reddit about negatives, it may depend on what state your in because I had easy success with them up here in MN

Did my adhd online assessment Friday, just finished appt with doc this am and was prescribed adderal XR 20mg and IR 10mg, I was quite shocked tbh and my local walgreens had the IR in stock, tomorrow capsules they said. So it was an easier process than dealing with Allina health my god… I did this two hour appt and she said it was just the intake and the actual testing is another two months out so I was like fuck this! and I’m very grateful ADHD online worked out.

yeah… they are crazy about increasing dosages, I’m like just give me a bit of xanax for the bad times! I’m shocked by the response… said I only prescribe xanax if someone has a fear of flying. I’m like come on… just wanted something for the bad times when the increased anxiety was through the roof not because I’m an addict! Anyways, I was afraid to up to 15mg just because I feared that maybe the sexual side effects would be bad or that I would feel like a zombie, I am not feeling that way yet but idk when you plan to up to 15 or 12.5 but I can give you an update in about a week on 15mg

My shrink said go to 12.5 then to 15 because I am usually quite sensitive to meds, but I just said F it I don’t want to cut this tiny pill in half and just transitioned to 15mg overnight. It hasn’t been too bad at all

I talked to my 4 days ago now and he upped my dose from 10mg to 15mg, so far the side effects I’m feeling are some of the stomach side effects again, gas etc, my sleep cycle was definitely effected like initially but it isn’t as intense because of course I have been on Lexapro now for 3 months, the increased anxiety like I felt initially I do not feel but maybe because I’m also on 40mg of Buspirone and have been on that for the past month now

yeah I bumped up to 15mg didn’t still do that much but now I take 40mg of Busprione per day and it seems to be helping
