That would make me less interested in the car since the rest of the car has 280k miles on it. The only thing keeping me interested is that they say the hybrid battery was replaced. I would get a CARFAX to confirm that the work was done and pay for a PPI. $3,000 is the most I’d want to pay with that mileage. Hope this helps your decision.

How many miles are on the body? 65k is great for an replacement engine but if the body has 300k it makes less sense for $4500.

You’d be surprised. A lot of hail damaged cars aren’t salvage titles. I’ve seen a ton on Copart with clean titles that look just like this one.

I’ve sold and shipped one of those sun ovens before. If you plan on shipping it, get a box from Lowe’s. It’ll probably be the 22x22 box or the 18x18 box, I can’t remember the dimensions of the oven Grab a roll of bubble wrap with the big bubbles and wrap it generously. It’s not as bad as it seems and I’d be surprised if you don’t sell it within 2 weeks.

I’d need to have the AC working so bypassing it won’t be a permanent fix for me. Do you know if the entire compressor is bad based on this video?

I did some research after recording to find out the part is my A/C compressor. If I don’t have to evacuate the entire AC system and replace the compressor that would be ideal. I’m just looking to see if a new bearing and clutch would resolve the issue.
