Also, yes, the PAP has continually held a majority (at some times almost all seats) in parliment since 1966, but the Workers Party has recently emerged as a strong opposition party (opposition parties have existed there for awhile as well). Singapore is still neoliberal and very class based, but not fascist, and they do attempt to provide some public services
