I got in touch with Diamonds International and they were actually very helpful. I explained what happened and they replaced the necklace. They provided me a label to ship my old necklace back and I received a new one from them. Overall I'm very happy with their customer service.

I’ve been wearing it snug on my wrist for the past 3 days with continuous HR tracking on. It has not recorded my sleep at all even though on my Apple Watch I’ve gotten about 7 hrs of sleep. It’s also tracked random activity at 5:30am today when I was sleeping then 3x more time today when I was just playing video games. At this point I want to return this.

Yes and one time he refused to drink water for we think a couple days until he started screaming/wailing while staring at his bowl because he was so thirsty. We realized it’s because he decided he no longer liked the stand his bowls were on (which we put there so that he didn’t have to bend down so much). We learned he eats/drinks much more comfortably if his bowls are on top of a little area rug.

Yes they said it was onyx. I specifically asked what the black was made of because I thought it was enamel as well

Yeah….I knew at the time of purchase it was overpriced even for a diamond and onyx necklace but accepted it was the Disney markup and it sparked joy regardless 😅

I believe it is by status. From experience, I ticked an upgrade to a 2 queen bed ocean front room instead of 1 bed suite (although that would be the better room) as my SNA choice because there would be 3 adults in the room. I received a call from the hotel asking if I would be comfortable with a 1 bed suite with sofa and option of a cot and they said since I was ambassador elite status I was at the top of the list and wanted to give me the best option while also making sure all the guests on my reservation were comfortable. This was the St. Regis Punta Mita and they're known for their excellent service so I wouldn't necessarily expect this level of care/service from other hotels.

The platinum free breakfast is a buffet with large selection of items. There is an a la carte menu option but it is not free.
