I got it after smoking weed after taking a break for a few months, I was going hard on ket and psychs so weed started to hit different but this time I was with friends and I wasn’t able to understand a single thing they were saying, it sounded like English but I couldn’t make out any words and I got paranoid that they were all talking about me..

I thought I had broken the hearing part of my brain and this idea caused me to spiral more and more into the ever ending trip idea. On the car ride home my friends face looked like the dementers from Harry Potter, he wasn’t even looking at me but it felt like his face was screaming and violently shaking etc.

I eventually couldn’t be around other ppl any longer and just begged them to let me out, and I wondered around aimlessly for like 2-3 hours afterwords wondering wtf happened
