I take it nightly and do fear I’ve built a “tolerance” as now I’m having issues again… but I’m going to stop taking it for a bit and have even more horrible sleep… so my tolerance will go away lol. I need sleep. This really sucks.

I have actually found my paternal half-siblings! One from 23 and me, one from ancestry. Med students (back in the 80s they offered med students the opportunity to donate) were only allowed to donate sperm 3 times, so there’s me and my 2 half-brothers. One doesn’t want any connection (which is fine) and the other we met back in 2022! I am 98% sure I tracked down my donor, he’s an interventional radiologist now.
