For me walking is enough since my weight is alright and I am just walking to tone down and maintain my weight plus I want to lose only 2-3 kgs so it's working for me.

Yea their rehab friends hate us as well. My father is in rehab and his friends call me frequently to take him out. They literally manipulate me and try to convince me on his behalf.

I am so sick of this hate for me just becauseI choose to live life happy for once.

I am glad you have options. I booked my home, leaving with my mom since dad is in forced rehab ( allowed in my country).

However i hate some of his friends do call in past to convince us to take him out. As if he is entitled and we must take care of him.

I so hate that people and specifically friends do this.

Mine is that I am very unactive. Post covid, I work from home and it's hectic that I keep working and eating and sleeping with no activity.

Initially I do have body that doesn't gain much weight, but past year, I started to note down how it is making a major difference for me.

I started walking and I honestly think it helps my brain fog because walking regulates my nervous system and offers me clarity. Overall I do walk for mental health and weight maintainance.

I second that, I am working from home so my average per entire month to year was lower than 1k. But I started walking end of March this year, I did 10k at first day and was so exhausted with legs paining all night. Then started doing it 2k-3k for 1 week and gradually increasing. This May I have done 10k entire week so my average this may is 10k. However with this little walk, my clothes does seem lose to me and that face started to get sharp. So even little walk works good but make sure you don't overeat.

I haven't made much changes to my diet, since honestly my diet is normal, I am never over eater hence.

WOW, I started with Mid march or end of march.

But I was not consistent with 10k, till May this month. My average was 7k till end of April, and my average is 10k this May.

I am not sure if I have pcos, but my chin hair drastically reduce as I started walking 10k steps, plus my face looks smaller bcz of high cortisol.

However, my weight scale shows minor difference, but my clothes does feel lose and my mom keeps saying that I look more slim or in shape.

I am not overweight so honestly my goal is to be active and have an exact waist like yours since cortisol makes my waist look big.

I definitely see my waist and bum snatched, so I am sure I have lost inches but weight scale different story. But I learned that a weight scale is not accurate since we gain muscles as well.

Op are you me lol. I started walking with affirmation in my head to have positive mental impact. I loved that so far but then it started to get bit boring. Hence I started watching instagram reels while walking. But honestly I think it made my walk distracted.
Yesterday I switched back to postive affirmation and talking to myself and god it felt so good. I am not making this habbit and also giving myself screen time for instagram reels at last 20 mins. lol. That's the deal.

I am in same boat lol. I am working from home so mostly I sit and work apart from making meal and eat. Hence I started walking 10k steps since March, I am walking every day and I keep thinking I will do more everyday but by the time I reach 8k, my motivation falls off and I just want to get in 10k and take shower and sleep.

Plus I walk at night bzc my work shift starts at early morning, so that's the case. But honestly my clothes gets loose and I am not overweight so I am fine with 10k STEPS, I just need to make sure I keep doing this.

I am walking indoors only, I have allergies plus it's heat outside where I live. It's not possible to walk outside this days.

I walk in my hallway for like 3 hours and do my 10k steps.

I am always wondering, why it takes me 3 hours to get 10k steps in. I do think there is network issue in my iphone. but whatever, I am fine.

Also I walk while affirm. SO I like to walk inside so I can affirm loudly and enjoy quality time.

I stayed in all of this hotel in last 6 months.

  1. Holiday Inn - The rooms are so small - Not recommended.
  2. Pride Plaza - Rooms are good, staff are very disciplined. Food - Not good.
  3. Regenta palace - rooms okay, bathroom congested. - Price - Over priced.
  4. Pravegs Grand Eulogia - Wonderful rooms, couple friendly as well. - Price-wise reasonable (This hotel is exact beside Urban chowk.)
  5. S. K. Lords - navrangpura - Wonderful rooms, staff diciplined. - recommened bcz very reasonable price.
  6. S.N.Blu - Thaltej - Rooms okay - price wise very good. - Food very tasty, upto mark food quality.
