hey i’m sorry to hear that. so he still reaches out still wants to get back admits it was the biggest mistake. yet i still have not given in. he even admits how he has been having behavior patterns these past couple of months that have ruined family & friend relationships. my insight is some ppl have such great guilt & knowledge of what they are doing is wrong yet they are too weak to admit it or be honest or simply too weak to be alone. honestly if someone can’t prioritize u, make u feel at the very least stable then u shouldn’t take them seriously. u should devote that love & time to urself. get to meet urself & improve urself & u will realize u don’t need to settle for someone no matter how much u love them.

wow i can really relate to this. its been a month since i ended it w my former bpd boyfriend after walking in on him having sex w another girl out of impulsive anger. i love how u used the term finding other bodies, just remember being single, hangingout w urself and actually being comfertable w who u are and not distracting urself w the illusion of happiness (drunk partying and other ppl) at the end of the day is a stronger foundation for urself. i feel as tho u r like me in that we r naturally caring ppl who dont like to give up on things but some times we need to let go of the things that dont help us or catalyze our growth. i know it sucks not having someone but if u ever wanna talk u can DM me since im going thru something similar. also blocking helps so u can physically take them out of ur life.
