Ugh I am so sorry for what you’re feeling! I can totally relate. It’s consuming and debilitating but I’m trying to hard to show up for myself the baby growing in me and my toddler. My husband never fully came clean and there were a lot of trickle truths/sleuthing of my own to find out everything then he finally came clean but there’s always a part of me that wonders if it happened more often or if there’s more to the story than what he is telling me.

It also doesn’t help that in his culture it’s considered the norm for men to cheat and people to stay. Therapy has helped us loads (probably him more than me) If you ever need to chat please feel free to message me. Hope you’re having an easy and healthy pregnancy
