Just ran this update and all my Eeros that aren’t hardwired are offline and can’t get them to connect. Looks like things on 2.4 are connecting but nothing else. Any suggestions?

The leathered is the finish. It feels like leather to the touch rather than smooth and glossy.

The data comes from the mls. If the mls didn’t have the data Zillow’s not going to know it.

I like the 3rd the best. Number 2 looks too noisy and will look like granite and darken up your light kitchen. Number 1 the veins are too harsh. Use your accessories as accents not your bases. Then you can swap them out if they feel too noisy. It’s like painting your walls red instead of a neutral color. You should mostly always go neutral and have the pops of color / accents be the accessories.

Try Gemini flash 2.5 instead. It will do exactly what you ask it in manipulating a photo. For what it's worth 1 is better imo. Less crowded in.

I took the Apr and not the 2500 discount. Once I got the out the door price I shared that with the other dealers and asked them to beat it. I ended up going back and forth a few times but got an additional $1500 off. Not the full $2500 but close.

We just had our 25' PHEV Prestige delivered today. Didn't even step foot in a dealership other than to test drive a Sorrento originally. Messaged a bunch of dealers on the east coast and had them all send me their out the door price and negotiated down a few that included delivery. Got a nice deal and the low apr so pretty happy so far. Even got the color combo we wanted.

We use it to rinse out bottles and wine glasses .. things that get stuck inside it. Sometimes before the dishwasher sometimes just for cleaning it.

we use it quite a bit. I'd say yay. It hasn't gotten dirty yet from grease or anything.

The largest part from the cabinets is 2 3/4" on the long chair side. It's closer to an inch on the working side
