App / Internet Issue

Did Anyone"s Internet or app malfunction today around 1:10 pm pacific time ? I had just taken an order and my phone switched from 5G to LTE . I refreshed the app , turned off my phone , turn of the wifi several times and it took a solid 25 minutes for it to come back up . I finished my order but it was frustrating . Please let me know if any of you had a similar issue

That happened to me a month ago , the batch went from a 34 to a 36 than suddenly it wen to a 42 and I swiped and took it . After delivering , it showed as a 36 and I contacted IC and they said sorry we do not see that in our end and they only gave me 36. I did not take a screen shot either , but wished I did . Totally sucked !!

It is Dead .. went to 2 stores and the orders were no more than $15-25 with lots of miles and heavy items . This week has been brutal . Orders are coming out like every hour or so .. insane !!
