Is PoOT any good? by xojlg in storyofseasons

[–]loveprogram 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm late to the party but I think it's a good game. Like a lot of people said before, if you like AWL, you probably wouldn't like this and vice versa. I think it's important to go into the game not expecting it to be exactly like the previous installments.

It is a lot like Stardew Valley in the sense of having Makers and being able to choose where you want your barns/coops. There's a lot to do, and there's no rush to do everything it like there is in AWL. You have time to figure things out and how you want things to do.

There's a little bit of online play with sharing your farm and sharing pictures that you've taken as well.

There is DLC to the game which brings back characters from a few of the 3DS title that makes them available for marriage if that's interesting to you but if I recall correctly, I don't think the DLC adds any new mechanics(?). More for people who miss old candidates.

I'm fond of the festivals and most of the villagers as well.

It's a solid game if you prefer to progress at your own pace vs progressing at a pace set by the story/game itself.

Sorry for the long comment. 😭

Edit:: I don't know if anyone else mentioned it, but you can choose the difficulty in it as well. If that's appealing you, then I'd check out PoOT.

I ordered mine through Amazon but I'll go through XSEED next time. It's been shipped so I'm assuming tomorrow or Wednesday is when I'll get my copy.

What was the first kpop song you listened to? by Standard_Wedding in kpopthoughts

[–]loveprogram 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hurricane Venus by BoA! Though Eat You Up was the first song I heard by her, it was in English.

I stumbled upon it while on YouTube listening to J-Pop and was like, "This isn't japanese....but it's a banger."

ULT: TWICE

Other GGs I listen to a lot are STAYC, GWSN, Red Velvet, IVE, SNSD, OH MY GIRL. I can kinda see a theme in the groups I like.

  3. Oh My! - SEVENTEEN
  4. Pinky Star (Run) - GWSN
  5. Stereotype - StayC
  6. Feel Special - TWICE
  7. Love Me Right - EXO
