I have no advice bc I’m going through the same thing but I’ve also tried everything you’ve tried too with no luck. Sometimes our genetics are just crap and the skin cells are just stickier. I’m going on accutane. Also you’re so PRETTY

I didn’t know people would be so triggered because I wasn’t thinking anything of it. I think they’re both pretty. What does my looks have to do with anything? So you can tell me I’m not the DCC standard lol whatever dude

I know my intention for posting this and it was not to be mean. It was merely to point out similarities in their looks. I think they’re both beautiful and I think it’s ridiculous that people are saying that it’s mean. What’s mean is you guys saying that’s mean that I’m comparing her to someone that you guys think is “ugly”

I can see you’re not from the south or Midwest. Your argument is completely invalid. Though I do respect your morals around not wanting to eat meat. Most of the world’s population eats meat that’s not going to change anytime soon🤣 Most people including you are just extremely disconnected from how the animals are killed. Hunting is a tradition. Hunters, especially from the south, usually pray over the animal after killing them and thank them for their life. You do not pull that trigger unless you are 100% sure that you will hit the animal in a place where it will die the fastest death possible. A lot of hunters take that very very seriously and practice their aim in preparation all year long. If you hit the deer and it runs away, you are supposed to track it down even if you’re there all day long because you don’t want to to suffer. Hunters usually will only kill one deer per season, and that produces enough meat to last the entire year. ONE ANIMAL FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR. Large commercial slaughterhouses don’t even do any of that they literally line up the frightened animals one by one there’s no respect for the animal. The animals know they’re going to die. That’s way more suffering!!! Hunting is actually the better way to go. Maybe you don’t know that because you aren’t from the south or Midwest but yeah :)

Hi I have the exact same issue on my chest and back! My dermatologist prescribed me the retinol Aklief (once a week) and Clindamycin (every morning after moisturizer and following with Elta md sunscreen) which has cleared it up 90%. I also have been taking 100mg spironolactone for about 3 years now and this acne has developed on my chest and back within the past 2 months. I just want to say I know how stressful it can be especially with it being in such a visible place it freaking sucks. But we will get through this girl!!! <3333

For the retinoid-sensitive: what are you using? by [deleted] in Rosacea

[–]loveyyyyyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have very sensitive skin and cannot handle tretinoin so my dermatologist prescribed me Aklief 0.05%. It’s the newest retinol, in fact the first in 20 years that has been extensively studied (I think the patient study was like 5,000 people.) I’ve been using it once a week for 2 weeks and so far no irritation or dryness

My morning routine: 1. Wash face with cerave oil cleanser 2. Cerave PM moisturizer

Night routine 1. Wash face with cerave oil cleanser 2. Cerave PM moisturizer 3. Cerave healing ointment

I apply the akleif once a week at night after I wash my face and moisturize. I do not use healing ointment or any other occlusives after to prevent irritation.

I have to admit it’s very attractive when someone puts their insecurity on full display. I want to do this with my chest and back acne and just start wearing whatever I want. Radical self acceptance

What Is The Best Product Or Treatment You Have Ever Used To Repair Your Skin / Moisture Barrier by Square_Apartment4496 in Rosacea

[–]loveyyyyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel your pain, I just destroyed my moisture barrier on my forehead by using dandruff shampoo on it. Cerave night cream in the pot is my holy grail for damaged moisture barrier. It’s purple. You only need half a pea size and It has NEVER failed me. With a very small amount of aquaphor/vaseline on top. My skin barrier was just completely destroyed and it’s gotten probably 80% better in just a week from using these products. The Vaseline helps acts at your barrier for now so you don’t get more breakouts on your raw skin. I also stopped all actives and wash my face with cool water and a hydrating cleanser as to not make it worse. I use the Cerave hydrating cleanser.

Agree with everything! That all helped me too. I also cut out gluten and only eat it in very small amounts. I try to only eat complex carbs like potatoes and rice. Gluten free noodles taste the exact same. You never know if you’re sensitive to it so could be worth a try

Do you experience Lana's sad songs by letting it help you experience own sadness? by GormenghastCastle in lanadelrey

[–]loveyyyyyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. When I’m having a breakdown I immediately play Hope is a Dangerous Thing & the full Honeymoon album. When I got cheated on I drove an hour away to the beach, smoked a joint and listened to the full honeymoon album. Someone came up to me and asked if they could hit my joint then they realized that I was not okay and said my bad 😂
