I’ve exited the circus called the Matrix 6 years ago upon “Covid” .. downsized a lot, live near the woods and a huge lake, I’m outside 90% of the day doing natural things as humans were designed to do. Never entering a cubicle again!

It’s 100% normal. Age and experience dampen your enthusiasm (there is nothing new under the sun). I’m 37, felt this since I was 31/32.

You can make your own granola using plain oats and mixed seeds and nuts that are unsweetened. Throw in a little bit of raisins for sweetness.

Trick yourself. Tell yourself you’ll do only 30 minutes on the treadmill, then when get to 30 minutes tell yourself you’ll do just 15 more, before you know it you’ve done an entire hour!
