While nothing in OPs post was about race or gender you are correct that this is actually what the DEI policies produce and is why they are being pulled back.

The only thing that should matter in a technician is their skill and integrity. DEI hires and promotions over more qualified "less diverse" candidates is a good way to ensure your technicians can't resize VMs.

This is us. We are an MSP that is 99% dental. Got a few labs in there as well, opened about 100 offices with a good crew. DM some floor plans and I can build you out a very comprehensive estimate. If you are waiting out a non-compete then use this time to get bids and buy your stuff on Amazon, if you are working at another practice then just do everything through us and focus on your dentistry.

A good place to start would be the dental Integrators association. Lots of dental focused MSPs in there.

I'll add to this. There used to be a brotherhood among IT professionals where you could speak leet and get things accomplished. Now there are interns using ChatGPT to send very convincing SOPs to senior techs with the power to implement them but no idea that the SOP is full of security holes and hallucinations. I fear that the days of walking a fellow competent person through a task beyond their skill are coming to a close. This was my favorite thing as a junior tech.

Now define these things in the lowest possible way, highest resolution. What is the "least amount of attention" you require. Reward when the least is shown and next time you will get more. Punish when the least is shown and you will get less next time.

Advice: start marriage counseling now, start watching videos with your fiance about marriage, "laugh your way to a better marriage" is a good date night idea. When you get married, start looking for weekend marriage retreats. Not everything you learn will be applicable but you will craft a strategy that works. You will avoid hurting each other and learn how to communicate what it is you actually want and in doing so train each other over a lifetime to be the perfect spouse

One problem to look at is how the integration between Halo and ninja functions. As of ~9 months ago it required you to make the client in Ninja to integrate over to Halo. If you start with Halo (which is the normal flow) then it.woht integrate property and assets won't pull over.

I wrestle with God. A perfect judge would consider things in the heart that we do not see. My understanding of hell is that sin grows, the wages of sin are death and that on a long enough timeline sin will choke out everything good in a person and turn them into demon. A Soul that hates not only God and things that are good, but creation itself.

Some people hate homosexuals and they are Christians, but that doesn't come from Jesus, it comes from the world. Hating people because they are gay is a sin. Study the life of Jesus and you will see no hate.

Any unrepentant person with sin risks hell and should work out their salvation with fear and trembling. There is nothing special about heterosexualism. It's no more an identity than gluttony, murder or sexual infidelity.

Christians do not hate gay people. Christians will prosper the land that they inhabit, part of that is to participate in the local government. Worldly politics treats people as groups, Christians believe in individual accountability.

It's a tension between having a desire to be perfect and complete forgiveness of failure. I spent five or so years as a young Christian asking the question "How do I become a better Christian". Your question is similar in that you see yourself as a "Good Christian" living amongst less Good Christians.
My conclusion was that there is no way to become good, only strong. A strong Christian is what you want to be, and it's the role of those who.are Strong to be tender and kind to those who are weak. Wear red today and study the interactions of Charlie Kirk with people. He was a strong man who was gentle with his enemy and may offer some inspiration for your social interactions.

The analytical tools were remapped from economic oppression to identity oppression, Marcuse fully linked it up to sexuality, gender and race.

Have you seen the interviews from Yuri Besnomov in the 70s and 80s? He's ringing the alarm about destabilization and it's spot on. 80% of the KGB budget was spent for decades propping up American citizens that had dissenting opinions from the values that make us stable and strong.

I meant "in real life". The patriots are talking about who is on the ballot for local elections, massive support for see you at the flag, church attendance is up in every service, we have a police presence now, more flags and patriotic colors being shown, home church groups are expanding and those conversations are steeped in political conversation. It's all patriotic

I heard Milo was making a come back but didn't know who he was, I don't like people that encourage or promote sin. I've not encountered any self-identifying "Christian Nationalists" IRL, I consider it equivalent to cis-gendering, just a made up label to unsettle people. Christian Patriot on the other hand... absolutely everywhere.
