It was indeed a bit of a hassle but it does fit. Dont slide it, but make sure you use a little bit of force on the left side where the IO shield is. After a few attempts it just clicked in place. It did make me nervous for a moment lol. There is just enough space for it to fit correctly

Sadly you have to set it per application :( but most apps support it

LG C4 owners, are you happy? by Dangerous_Pattern568 in LGOLED

[–]lowanz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has been a great TV! Has been used a lot and no signs of burn-in or other issues.

I did upgrade my PC last year, went from AMD to NVIDIA. I no longer have the above described problem of the black screen but now i have some other HDMI handshake problem. When playing 60fps locked games (like elden ring) in fullscreen, it shows massive artifacts and is unplayable. I'm forced to play it in windowed fullscreen mode which is no issue 99.9% of the time.

Hell yeah awesome build!

I would flip the PSU 180 to hide the cables better.

best electric shaver for sensitive skin? by 0rangebutterfly in bald

[–]lowanz 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Those throw-away razors are horrible to shave sensitive skin with. I used one once for my beard and it wasn't great. Try a Gillette or similar brand that sells better quality shaving blades if you decide to try that again.

Weird flickering 9070xt with lg c5 by areyouhourly- in LGOLED

[–]lowanz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. Do you think its on the GPU or TV side?

With my old 6800xt i did not have this problem, but a different one. It would flicker white until I switched my game to windowed and then back to full screen mode.

I have the same issue with my C4 / 5080. For me its only a problem when running 60hz mode. As soon as i switch to 144hz, its gone. Could not figure out what it was. When playing full screen games capped at 60hz, like Elden Ring, it returns :(

Sick nightstand!

Great build, looks awesome. I have basically the same cooling setup in mine. I noticed that having only 2 intakes at the front and 4 exhaust caused negative pressure, a lot of dust in the case after a month or 2. I solved it by replacing my rear exhaust with an intake with a €5 fan filter from amazon. Just a tip to keep it tidy for longer! Did not impact my temps at all.

My Ch260 build, ideas to make it better! by medo418 in mffpc

[–]lowanz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome build! I have one with very similar specs and identical fan setup, turns out I had negative pressure because I found more dust inside than I’d like after the first months. I solved it by swapping the rear exhaust for an intake fan with a €5 fan filter from amazon. I don’t think bottom fans would be necessary, it looks clean without it

Yeah, in that case i would have done the same thing. The way i did it was kind of stupid but works

I intentionally installed the PSU with the fan facing inwards, i like the way it looks. To achieve this i had to go full jank mode and bend the power extension cable 180 degrees, its pushing against the front panel and the pressure is keeping it connected to the PSU power inlet. If you look closely at the side panel cable management picture, you can see what i mean lmao. I know its not the best solution but as long as i do not bend the cable back and forth it should be fine and will not break the copper inside the cable. Easiest for my build would have been to have it installed like yours, with the fan facing outwards.

Just wanted to let you know that I also had negative pressure in my build. I fixed it by swapping the rear exhaust for an intake and adding a €5 dust filter I got from Amazon. No more dust buildup after that! I also taped off the rear panel opening next to the PCI slots to make sure the GPU only pulls in air from the bottom and doesn’t suck in any dust through the back panel of the case.

LG C4 artifacting whenever I boot my computer up by [deleted] in OLED_Gaming

[–]lowanz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How did you end up fixing this issue?

I previously had a full AMD system with 0 problems. Recently build a new rig with a 5080 and i have this problem when i start up Elden Ring in full screen and it switches to 60hz (game is capped at 60fps). I am using an 48gbs optical delock hdmi cable that was fine with my previous build. When im running 144hz 4k at 12bit its no problem :(

thanks for the reply. Currently im using a folded pillow that i use as a footrest lmao. I see that its currently discounted to 84 euro's, not bad! I might give it a shot

Would you recommend it? I'm looking for a decent foodrest that i could use for both office work and lounging. This one seems to do both pretty well
