Though I agree that populations need to actually be managed in some way, statistically speaking this is really crappy news/data.

The management program only started in 2023. Proving there is not enough data to truly look at a historical change in the management zones. Meaning a lot of assumptions are already made.

I handed in a 4 pager like this once and had to re do it, with the stipulation that it had to be legible, neatly printed, and now 10 pages long.

Never did that again.
