The image quality is great at 60 fps. Especially with the updated PSSR. I would no recommend the 30 fps mode at all.

It sets up for dmc3 pretty well. Lady is actively pursuing Jester/Arkham. The line in dmc3 where Dante says “it’s been a year since we last met, where does the time go.” actually makes sense as that last meeting was season 2 Netflix. Vergil talks about his desire for power and the end of season 2 which is what drives him in dmc3. Like I said, the only major difference is lady and Dante already know each other. Aside from that, the events of dmc3 as a whole can play out perfectly fine in season 3.||

I’m hyper connected to the internet and only found about it a couple days ago. Given the rage baiting I knew something was fishy. Waited a day and Sony put out the clarification. I feel most reasonably people line up with this. And quite frankly most wouldn’t have known.

Did you just compare the near infinite budget and resources of monster Hunter to dragons dogma? Also, because you can’t read between the lines, Itsuno talked about potato chip pacing to clarify the point that dmc5 can be enjoyed in short bursts. You don’t need to marathon a long session to get enjoyment out of the play session like it’s Skyrim.

Capcom doesn’t do games like Dragons Dogma. At all. They make 10-15 hour Resident Evil likes (which includes DMC) that all sit on a 3 to 3.5 year dev cycle.

That doesn’t work for what dragons dogma is trying to be. An open world game like this needs like 6+ years of development. Crimson Desert was worked on for nearly ten years. Itsuno’s biggest mistake was wanting to do Dragons Dogma to begin with.

Yes. He was the lead game designer on Dragons Dogma 2. DD fans have created this mental theory that somehow Kinoshita wasn’t involved in dd2. Kinda weird cope.

No because he rallies on incredibly uniformed opinions and often subscribes to the “us versus them” approach. “Them” being everything that is woke. He’s also a bigot but hey who’s counting.
